The Project Zeest

I’ve always wanted to have a band with members who could actually understand my music and devote their time to music, not just work to gain popularity; but I never imagined it would be this hard. A band’s image depends on lyrics, composition; the type of music you play and above all, willingness of the members to do the same. I talked to a lot of young musicians however, they were either more interested in metallic or gothic music with darker and deadly lyrics or they preferred romantic and commercial music. However, my attention was basically focused on bluesy-country oriented rock music with socially oriented songs depicting the problems faced by people in their daily lives.

So to clarify the purpose I’ve decided to put a slogan “A Social Music Project” with the band’s title, Zeest; “life” as depicts the life of an average guy living in the subcontinent.
